The procedure to follow when you have failures
of GDV equipment or software

If all steps have been made to prepare the device for work (see user manual) but you fail to obtain normal GDV-images in the Capture program, you need to make sure that the software has been installed correctly and all settings have been observed.
If you fail to do rectification of faults you need to make sure that the hardware is working.

Drivers for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Seven (32 bit)

If a complete or partial inoperativeness of the device or failures of the software are proved you need to contact the support.
